Introduction

The Property Detail Page has everything you need to manage a lettings property—marketing information, documents, viewing instructions, analytics and more. This article explains how the entire Property Detail Page is organised so you can navigate every section.

 

Summary

 

Accessing the Property Detail Page

You can reach the Property Detail Page by:

  • Clicking a property address from Lettings → Properties

  • Opening a linked property from elsewhere in LoftyWorks (e.g. contacts, tasks, applications, viewings)

 

Left-hand Panel

The left-hand side of the Property Detail Page is split into several sections:

Basic Property Information

At the top you’ll see:

  • To Let Label

  • Property status (e.g. Instructed, Available, Let Agreed, Let, Withdrawn)

  • Full property address

  • Number of bedrooms and bathrooms

You can change the property status here (subject to your permissions).

Key Info

The Key Info section shows important marketing settings, such as: Property Type, Rent Amount...

Fields that are empty are simply not shown here.

Click Edit to open the property edit flow in the same tab. You’ll be taken directly to the relevant step (e.g. Marketing Info for key Info). After saving, you'll be returned to this Overview tab.

Landlords

The Landlords section shows all landlords attached to the property. For each vendor you’ll see information like Name and Email:

Clicking the email or phone icons will start an email or call using the same logic as on the contact detail page.

Negotiators

The Negotiators section lists agents responsible for the property. For each negotiator you’ll see:

Clicking email/phone will open your default email client or dialler. If you click Edit from this area, the property edit page opens at the Ownership & Management step.

Property Manager(only in Let Agreed & Let status)

Just like negotiators, for each property manager you'll see:

Clicking email/phone will open your default email client or dialler. If you click Edit from this area, a pop-up window will appear for you to select property managers:

  • Agents can add as many Property Managers as needed.

  • If no Property Manager is assigned, you'll see a fixed banner at the top.

Property Switcher

At the bottom of the left-hand panel, you’ll find the Property Switcher, which shows your position within the current set of properties (e.g., “Property 3 of 12”), you can also use < or > to switch to last or next property. Clicking it opens a dropdown list displaying all properties within the property status tab you previously selected. 

At the bottom of the dropdown, a Back to List button allows you to return to the full Property List.

 

Actions Menu & Portal Publishing

At the top-right corner of the property detail page, you will see:

  1. Publish to Portals or Manage Portals (based on property status)

  2. Actions menu (⋯) for general property actions

Publish to Portals

Shown when:

  • The property is not Let status

  • The property has not yet been published to any portals

When clicked, LoftyWorks checks:

  • Mandatory address fields are complete

Once published, only properties with the status 'Instructed' or 'Withdrawn' will be made available. Properties with other statuses will remain unchanged.

Manage Portals

Shown when:

  • The property is already published to at least one portal

  • The property status is Instructed, Available, or Let Agreed

Clicking Manage Portals opens a dialog showing:

  • Rightmove / Zoopla

  • Current status (Published / Unpublished) for each

  • Actions:

    • Post (publish)

    • Remove (unpublish)

Actions Menu (⋯)

The (⋯) menu includes general property actions:

  • Configure Viewing Instruction(link)
  • Edit Property(link)
  • Delete Property
  • Send to Contact(link)
  • View in Rightmove / Zoopla

    • Shown only when the property is already published on those portals.

 

Main View(links)

The content displayed in the main view changes depending on the tab you select. Please refer to following articles for detailed explanations of what each tab shows:
