Introduction
The Marketing Tab provides a central place to manage digital assets, publish content, and monitor marketing performance for a property.
Only negotiators and company owners/admins can access and manage actions within this tab. Other agents can view the tab if visible but cannot perform marketing actions.
Summary
Accessing Marketing Tab
There are two ways to get to the Marketing Tab:
(1) Navigate to Lettings > Properties > select a property and enter its detail page by clicking on its address. NOW you can see the marketing tab at the top.
(2)If a property has been marked as Instructed but does not yet have any images, a task appears in the overview tab on property's detail page prompting you to upload digital assets. Clicking Upload in the task opens the Marketing Tab with the Creative & Launch Kit ready for use, guiding you to add the essential media needed before marketing begins.
Marketing Tab Layout
Key Metrics
The top section of the Marketing Tab summarises how the property is being promoted. It shows where the property is published, how many social posts have been created, how many people have viewed those posts and how many contacts have come from them.
Channels Published To
Shows all property portals and social platforms where the property is currently published.
Total Social Posts Shared
Shows the number of social posts created from the CRM, including manual posts and scheduled posts.
Social Leads Captured
Shows how many contacts have been generated through social content.
Creative & Launch kit
This section is used to build the digital content for the property, including images, floor plans, videos and virtual tours. All changes made here appear instantly in the Add/Edit Property page.
Images & Floor Plans
You can upload multiple files, reorder them automatically based on the property’s media gallery, and preview them in full screen. New uploads scroll into view, and deleted items are removed from both the Marketing Tab and the Add/Edit Property media section.
Image type can be switched between Picture and EPC.
Videos
Videos can also be uploaded or added via link.
Uploaded videos use the first frame as their thumbnail; linked videos use the first property image or a default thumbnail. Some video links play directly in the window, while others may open in a new tab.
All videos you upload here will appear anywhere the property displays videos—for example, the owner approval page, the landing page and property portals such as Rightmove and Zoopla.
Virtual Tours
Virtual tours are added as links and must be valid URLs.
Virtual tours links can also be edited or deleted. Once saved, they appear in both the Marketing Tab and the Add/Edit Property media section.
Together, these four tools provide everything needed to assemble the visual marketing kit for the property.
Marketing Campaigns
The Campaigns section displays all social posts created for this property. You can create new posts using the Add Post button, which takes you to the full post-creation page.
After saving a post, you return to the Marketing Tab where it appears at the top of the list. Posts follow a simple card layout and can be opened for more detail or removed if no longer needed.
This makes it easy to manage all social campaigns directly from the property.
