Tip: In this guide, "you" refers to the consumer using the portal. This helps you understand exactly what your clients see and do during their journey.
Introduction
The Properties section of the Consumer Portal gives you a clear view of all the properties associated with your account. What you see depends on your role — landlords, tenants, vendors, and buyers each have a tailored experience.
Summary
For Tenants
As a tenant, your Properties section is divided into two views:
Saved Properties shows any properties you've saved or expressed interest in. For each property, you can see the address, photos, and key features. From here, you can book a viewing or remove a property from your saved list.
Letting Property shows the property (or properties) you are currently renting. You'll be able to see your rent amount and tenancy start date, as well as a link through to the full property listing.
You can only view properties linked to your own tenancy — you won't be able to see other tenants' information.
For Landlords
As a landlord, your Properties section shows all the rental properties you own:
To Let Properties displays properties that are currently on the market for rent (those in a pending, instructed, or available status). You can view listing details, photos, and update the price or status where permitted. If a property requires your approval before going live, you'll see a Go-Live Approval prompt.
Letting / Occupied Properties shows properties that are currently tenanted. You can view tenancies and a link to the full property listing.
If a property has multiple owners, all landlords can view it, but only the primary landlord can submit changes for review.
For Vendors (Sellers)
As a vendor, your Properties section shows the properties you are selling:
On the Market displays properties that are currently listed for sale, along with the listing price, current status (such as Pending, Available, or Under Offer), and listing photos. If any property requires your approval before going live, you'll see a Go-Live Approval prompt.
Sold shows properties you have previously sold, including the sold price and sold date where available.
You can only view and manage properties linked to your own sale.
For Buyers
As a buyer, your Properties section helps you track the properties you're pursuing:
Saved Properties shows properties you've bookmarked, along with their listing price, current status, and any upcoming viewings. If you haven't yet booked a viewing, you'll see a Book Viewing button.
Purchased / Under Contract Properties shows any property where your offer has been accepted. You'll be able to click to view offer list.
You can only see your own saved properties and offers.
