Who is the Consumer Portal for?
The Consumer Portal is designed for the following roles:
Landlords can view and manage their rental properties, monitor tenancy details, review offers from prospective tenants, approve or request to reschedule viewings, and access financial summaries including rental income and payment collection rates.
Tenants can view the property they're renting, track upcoming rent payments, manage viewings for properties they're interested in, and receive notifications about rent due dates and payments received.
