Introduction
The Automations tab allows you to view and manage automated actions linked to the contact, including Property Alerts and Smart Plans. This tab works closely with the Contact Searches Tab to ensure automation and preference profiles stay in sync.
You can access this tab from: CRM → Contacts → Contact Detail Page → Automations Tab

Automations Overview
This tab will give you a reference of the Property Alerts and Smart Plans that you have applied to this contact, Smart Plans that have ended or paused for some reason, etc.
Subscriptions
If you need to resubscribe someone to property alert emails, you can do so from the settings cog wheel. You can also manage whether you want to resubscribe someone to Smart Plan auto-texts/emails via this tab:
Adding New Property Alerts / Smart Plans
Click the "+ Add" button in the top-right corner of the Automations tab and you will see the following options:
Property Alerts
Property Alerts allow you to notify contacts when new properties match their preferences.
Buyer Alert
Select Buyer Alert to be redirected to the Add a Preference Profile page.
Tenant Alert
Select Tenant Alert to be redirected to the Add a Preference Profile page.
Smart Plans
Smart Plans automate follow-ups and communications for your contacts.
Select Smart Plan to open the New Smart Plan pop-up.

The pop-up contains two tabs:
Company Plans – Smart Plans available across the entire company
My Plans – Smart Plans created by you
Use the search bar within each tab to find the Smart Plan you want to apply to the contact.
Once selected, click Apply in the bottom-right corner of the pop-up to confirm and apply the Smart Plan.

Property Alerts
On a contact's profile page, Auto Property Alerts will be marked as "Auto Alert" among the property alerts that are manually created. You can edit the settings of Auto Property Alerts to better fit the contact's criteria, but this turns it into a normal/manual property alert, and this type of alert will not adjust to the contact's activity on its own.
You can hover over the property alert to edit or delete it:
Smart Plans
To help you stay on track, Smart Plans are organised into three distinct categories based on their current status:Running, Paused, Completed & Terminated.
In addition to monitoring your progress at a glance, you can manage your plans instantly. Simply hover over a Smart Plan to access the following options:
Running: Pause, Check Plan Log and Delete
Paused: Resume, Check Plan Log and Delete
Completed & Terminated: Check Plan Log and Delete
