Introduction
The Searches tab on the Contact Detail Page is divided into four sections: Properties, Preference Profiles, Viewings, and Offers. This article explains each section in detail.
To access the Searches tab, navigate to : CRM → Contacts → Contact Detail Page → Searches
Summary
Properties
The Properties section within the Contact Searches tab shows all properties associated with a contact.
Note: You cannot manually add properties in this section. All properties shown are generated automatically by LoftyWorks based on system logic and the contact’s activity.
Property Categories
Properties are grouped into the following categories. Each list is automatically updated and sorted as described below.
All
Displays all properties linked to the contact across all categories, with no duplicates.
Properties are sorted by relevant activity time, mixed and displayed from newest to oldest.
High Interest
Shows properties that the contact registered interest in via a landing page.
Sorted by registration time, from newest to oldest.
Saved Property
Shows properties the contact has saved.
Sorted by saved time, from newest to oldest.
Left Message
Shows properties where the contact has left a message.
Sorted by message time, from newest to oldest.
Requested Viewing
Shows properties where the contact is listed as a viewer on a viewing request.
Cancelled viewings are excluded.
Sorted by viewing creation or request time, from newest to oldest.
Finished Viewing
Shows properties where the contact has completed a viewing.
Sorted by viewing completion time, from newest to oldest.
In Negotiation / Offer Made
Shows properties where the contact has submitted an offer that has not been withdrawn or rejected.
Sorted by offer update time, from newest to oldest.
Deals Completed
Shows properties where the contact’s sales progression or lettings application has been completed.
Sorted by completion time, from newest to oldest.
Property Card Details
Each property is displayed as a card and includes the following information:
Listing type: For Sale or To Let
Address: Address line 2, address line 1, city/town, postcode

For Sale: asking price
To Let: rent amount displayed as pcm

Bedrooms
Bathrooms
Receptions

Property type
Selecting the property address opens the full property details page.
Preference Profiles
The Preference Profiles section displays the Buyer/Tenant Profile units associated with the contact. Each preference profile includes the following information:
Title line
The location field in preference profile
Last Update Time
Edit – Opens the Edit Profile page

Delete
Confirmation is needed before deleting.
The primary profile cannot be deleted.
Deleting a profile also removes the corresponding Property Alert from the Contact Automations Tab.

Set as Primary Profile
Only appears in non-primary preference profiles' ... Actions.

Alert status – Displayed as a toggle

Switching the toggle from off to on opens the Alert Settings dialog

Selecting Confirm to turn on property alert and sync the alert settings with Automation → Alerts
Enabled alert shows settings cog wheel and frequency.

The Buyer/Tenant Profile and Property Alert fields are synchronised in both directions

Switching from on to off removes the alert

Property Criteria
This part shows criteria you've entered when adding preference profile, such as location, price, bedrooms, bathrooms and features:

Auto Preference Profile
Auto-Generated Preference Profiles are created based on the system-recommended search criteria. These profiles follow the same structure as general Preference Profiles, with the exception that manual actions and Property Alert configurations are hidden.
Viewings
The Viewings section displays all viewings associated with the contact.
Logging a Viewing
Select Log a Viewing in the top-right corner to open the logging dialog. This works in the same way as Log Viewing in the Contact Overview Tab.
Viewings Overview
Viewings are displayed based on their current status: Pending, Upcoming, Completed, or Cancelled.
All viewing statuses display the following information:
Additionally, there's feedback content for completed viewings.
Available Actions by Status

If the viewing requires your approval, Approve and Reject options are available
If approval is not required, no actions are shown

Select More (⋯) to access:
View details
Mark as completed
Cancel
Reschedule

If feedback has been provided, the feedback content is displayed

If no feedback is available, a Add Feedback option is available
Offers
The Offers section displays all offers associated with the contact and allows you to create new draft offers.

Choosing either option opens the relevant Create Offer flow, with the Buyer or Applicant automatically pre-filled based on the contact.
Offer List Overview
The offer list shows all offers linked to the contact, including the following details:

Type – Sale or Let

Status
Date Submitted
Offer Actions
Available actions for each offer include:
View Details – Opens the offer detail page
Delete
Note
Create Sales Progression / Lettings Application
