Introduction
The Documents tab within a contact profile stores all files related to that specific contact. It provides a central place to upload, view and manage contact-related documents.
You can access this page via:
CRM → Contacts → Contact Detail Page → Documents
Summary
Documents List Overview
The Documents list displays all files associated with the contact. For each document, you’ll see:
File name and format
File size
Last updated date
The most recently added documents are shown at the top of the list.
Managing Documents
You can manage documents directly from the Documents tab:

Uploading documents
Select the + button in the top-right corner of the Documents list

Upload files from:
Local files
Dropbox
Google Drive
DocuSign
-
Document actions
Each document includes a More options (⋯) menu, where you can:Send to DocuSign (see Docusign Integration)
Download the document
Delete the document (confirmation is required before deletion)
In addition to the contact profile, there are also documents tab in Sales Progression/Lettings Application and Property Detail pages. These areas provide further context on how documents are used across LoftyWorks.
