Tip: In this guide, "you" refers to the consumer using the portal. This helps you understand exactly what your clients see and do during their journey.
Introduction
When you log in to the Consumer Portal, your Dashboard gives you an at-a-glance summary of the most important information for your role. It's designed to surface what matters most — so you can see what needs your attention without having to dig through individual sections.
The dashboard is made up of two main parts: statistic cards that give you live counts and figures, and a Recent Activity feed that shows a running log of key events related to your properties, viewings, offers, and more.
