Introduction
Access to the Consumer Portal is managed by your estate agent. You'll receive an invitation by email once your agent has set up your account in their system. This article walks you through how to get started.
Step 1: Your agent sets up your account
Your agent will add you as a contact in their system and assign you the appropriate role — for example, landlord, tenant, buyer, vendor, or contractor. To receive your invitation, you'll need to have a valid email address registered with your agent and have opted in to email communications.
You don't need to do anything at this stage — your agent handles the setup on their end.
Step 2: Look out for your invitation email
Once your agent has set up your account, you'll receive an invitation email to the address your agent has on file for you.
The email will contain a button or link labelled "Access Portal Now". Click this to proceed to the Consumer Portal.
Tip: If you don't see the email in your inbox, check your junk or spam folder. If you still can't find it, contact your agent and ask them to resend the invitation.
Step 3: Set up your account and log in
After clicking the link in your invitation email, you'll be taken to the Consumer Portal where you can set up your password and access your account.
Once you're logged in, you'll see a dashboard tailored to your role, showing the information most relevant to you.

Can I have more than one role?
Yes. If your agent assigns you more than one role — for example, if you're both a landlord and a vendor — you'll be able to access the features relevant to each role within the same account.
I've lost my invitation email — what should I do?
Contact your agent and ask them to resend the invitation. They can re-send the email from their system at any time.
