Introduction

The Deals tab within a contact profile records all Sales Progressions and Lettings Applications associated with that contact. It provides a consolidated view of the contact’s active and completed progressions / applications.

Deals Tab Overview

Each deal is displayed as a card with key details:

Left-hand section:

• Property photo

• Price

• Property address

• Completion Date or Expected Completion Date

  • If the progression is completed, the Completion Date is shown

  • If the progression is not completed, the Expected Completion Date is shown

• Sales Progression or Lettings Application Owner

• Checklist progress (completed items / total items)

Right-hand section:

• Progression/Application status

• Sales Progression / Lettings Application)

Selecting anywhere on a deal opens a new page and takes you to the corresponding Sales Progression or Lettings Application detail page link.

Adding a New Deal

To add a new deal, select the + button in the top-right corner of the page and choose either:

• Sales Progression, or

• Lettings Application
