Introduction

In LoftyWorks, every Sales Progression is listed on the Sales → Sales Progression page and is stored within a specific Contact Profile. While all progressions can be viewed centrally in the Sales Progression list, each progression is always associated with an individual contact.

You can add a new Sales Progression either directly from the Sales Progression page or from within a Contact Profile. The available creation options are outlined below.

Adding a Progression from the Sales Progression Page

Navigate to Sales > Sales Progression >  + Add :

You will have to associate it with a property address, buyer(s), vendor(s) and owner, which can be added directly after clicking "+ Add". 

You can add more sales progression details by clicking the Details View above. This includes all of the following:

• Basic Info
• Dates
• Custom Fields

Once you save the progression, it will appear on sales progression list for future reference.

Adding a Progression from the Contact Profile

Navigate to a Contact Profile > Deals >  + (add) icon and click on New Sale Progression: 

Once you save the progression, it will appear on Deals tab in contact profile for future reference:
