Introduction

In LoftyWorks, every Lettings Application is stored within a specific Contact Profile. Although applications can also be viewed centrally on the Lettings Application page, each application must always be associated with an individual contact. There are several ways to create a new application, as outlined below.

Adding an Application from the Lettings Application Page

Navigate to Lettings > Lettings Application >  + Add :

You will have to associate it with a property address, tenant(s), landlord(s) and owner, which can be added directly after clicking "+ Add". 

You can add more lettings application details by clicking the Details View above. This includes all of the following:

• Basic Info
• Dates

• Custom Fields

Once you save the application, it will appear on lettings application list for future reference.

Adding an Application from the Contact Profile

Navigate to a Contact Profile > Deals >  + (Add) icon and click on New Let Application:

Once you save the application, it will appear on Deals tab in contact profile for future reference:
