Introduction
The Send to Contacts feature allows you to share one or more properties directly with your contacts via email or text message. It helps you quickly promote relevant properties to tenants based on their needs and search behaviour.
This feature is available from the Property List and Property Detail pages and supports sending multiple properties in a single message.

Accessing Send to Contacts
You can start sharing properties from the following locations:
From the Property List
Go to Lettings > Properties.
Select one or more properties.
Click Send to Contacts from the mass action menu above.
From a Property Detail Page
Go to Lettings > Properties.
Click a property address to open the detail page.
Select Send to Contacts from the More (…) menu in the top-right corner.
When clicking, a Select Contacts window will open.
Selecting Contacts
In the Select Contacts window, you can search for contacts using basic information such as:
Name
Phone number
Address
You can also use Advanced Filters, such as Contact Type, to narrow your selection.
Use the tick boxes to select contacts, you can select up to 200 contacts at one time.
If a selected contact has opted out of email, the system will clearly notify you and prevent the email from being sent.
Sending via Email or Text Message

After selecting your contacts, choose Email.
Mass email shows a list of shared properties, ordered by property update time (oldest to newest)
For To Let properties, prices are displayed as £X pcm.
Each property in the email:

Links directly to its individual property landing page
Sending via Text Message
After selecting your contacts, choose Text.
The link in the text opens a dedicated shared property list page.

When a contact opens a shared property list link, they are taken to a page showing all shared properties.
Login Behaviour
Active consumer accounts: The contact is automatically logged in

Inactive accounts: A password setup prompt appears
After setting a password, the user is logged in and the page refreshes
If a contact does not have an email address:
No login or reset prompt is shown on page load

Login is only required when the user attempts to:
Save a property
Request a viewing
Message the agent
Once registration is completed:
The email used is saved back to the contact record in CRM
The user is automatically logged into the consumer portal

Each property includes:
Clicking on a single property brings you to individual property landing page.

Contact Activity & Notifications
Any actions taken by contacts—such as:
Opening shared links
Saving a property
Requesting a viewing
Messaging the agent
are recorded in CRM activity logs and trigger notifications, helping you follow up at the right time.
