Introduction

The Property List page allows you to view, filter, and manage all properties currently listed To Let. This article explains how to navigate the list, switch views, apply filters, and perform key actions.

You can access the property list from the Lettings → Properties.

Property Status Tabs

At the top of the Property List, you will see several status tabs. Each tab also shows the total number of properties in that status.

• All Properties 

• Instructed – Coming soon

• Available

• Let Agreed

• Let

• Withdrawn

Searching and Filtering

At the top of the list, you’ll find powerful tools to help narrow your results:

Search

You can search by address, city/town and county.

Common Filters

• Property Status (mentioned above)

• Property Type (eg. Bungalow, Cottage, Terraced...)
  

• Rent Amount(PCM)

• Bedrooms

• Service Type (Fully Managed, Rent Collection Only, Letting Only)

• Negotiator

• More Filters (detailed options such as features, floor area, legal items and marketing information)

  • You can access it by clicking the funnel icon at top-right of the page

    

These filters help you manage properties efficiently, especially in large portfolios.

List/Map View

You can switch between these two views by clicking the icons at top-right of this page:

The list view displays key property information in a table

From here, you can take actions such as:

• Arrange Viewing (only in available, Let Agreed status)

• Send to Contacts (email and text share)

You can also switch to Map View, which allows you to search for properties visually and draw areas on the map to filter results.

Property Detail Access

Clicking any property address in the list opens the full Property Detail page.
From there, you can manage the property’s marketing, viewing instructions, images, legal documents, tenancy (if applicable), communications and more.
