Introduction
The Offers tab is where negotiators usually manage Offers on a single property day-to-day. Navigate to the detail page of a sales property and click the Offers tab. You’ll see header section and All Offers table.
To access sales property's offers tab, navigate to Sales > Properties > select a property and enter its detail page by clicking on its address. NOW you can see the offers tab at the top.
Summary
Header Section
There are three cards in header section:
-
Valid Offers
Number of Offers with status Pending or Accepted
Total Offers: Total count of all Offers on this property (any status).
-
Number of Cash Offers
Count of Pending/Accepted Offers where Mortgage Status = Cash Buyer
-
Highest Offer Amount

These cards update automatically as Offers are added or their status changes.
All Offers table
The table lists every Offer on this property, sorted the same way as the Offer List—grouped by status (Accepted → Pending → Rejected → Withdrawn) and, within each status, ordered by latest submission date with the newest first.
