Introduction
The Activities tab gives you a complete history of everything that has happened on a For Sale property. It is always the final tab, no matter what status the property is in (Instructed, Available, Under Offer, Exchanged, Sold or Withdrawn). This is where you can review communication, changes, system actions and interactions related to the property.
Summary
Property Activities
The left-hand panel displays the types of all activities, similar to the Contact Detail Page. You can filter the activities by selecting one or more activity types:
By default, the icons for Offers, Viewings and System Log are shown here:
All items appear in chronological order with the newest at the top. The visual format and behaviour match the activity feed on contacts.
System Logs and Automatic Property Events
LoftyWorks automatically logs major events so you always know what changed and who made the update. System logs include:
Property Created – records which agent created the property and the details entered.
Property Edited – records which fields were updated.
Property Published or Unpublished – shows where the property was listed or removed from.
Property Withdrawn - when a property is withdrawn, the log notes the agent who updated the status and the withdrawal reason.
Status Updates –
If the status change includes publishing to portals, the log reflects that
If the update includes removing the property from portals, that is recorded
If the status simply changes with no portal action, the system logs the status update alone

Notes, Calls, Emails and Text Logs
Any logged communication appears in the activity list. Notes added by agents, call logs, text logs and emails follow the same format used in the Contact Detail Page, with the difference that:
Contact names shown in the property activity feed are clickable
Clicking a name takes you to the Contact Detail Page
When a certificate is uploaded (such as EPC, Gas Safety or EICR), the activity feed records who uploaded it, the certificate type and its dates. The uploaded file can be opened directly from the activity entry
