Introduction
The Keys tab on the Property Detail Page provides a property-centric view of all keys associated with a specific property. From here, you can access and manage key cards and track keys by their current status, including Available, Checked Out, Damaged, Lost and Archived. This makes it easier to monitor key movements, support audits and manage property handovers effectively.
Summary
Accessing the Property's Key tab
Navigate to Sales → Properties → (select a Property). Within the property’s detail page, select the Key tab (or Keys) from the top navigation. You will see all keys currently linked to that property, with their details and status.
2. Navigate to Sales → Keys → click on a property address and you can also see the key tab.
Key Cards
Under the Key tab, each key associated with the property is displayed as an individual card. The card layout and available actions vary depending on the Key Status. There are five statuses:
Available · Checked Out · Damaged · Lost · Archived

Clicking the phone or email icon triggers a call or email action, which is automatically logged in the property’s Call/Email Activity.

Key Log – opens the log history for this key

Archive – opens archive the key modal
