The Buyers Tab helps you understand which contacts are actively engaging with a For Sale property. It groups buyers into meaningful categories—High-Intention, Engaged, and Potential—so you can prioritise follow-up and manage interest efficiently.

Where to Find the Buyers Tab
You can access the Buyers tab in two ways:
From the Property Detail Page
In any sales property's detail page → click the Buyers tab (which is located between Viewings and Offers.)
From Property Analytics
Property Detail Page → Overview → Property Analytics → click Engaged Leads to jump directly to the Buyers tab.
The Engaged Leads count includes:
High-Intention Buyers
Engaged Buyers
Understanding the Buyer Categories
The tab contains three sections, each representing a different level of buyer intent.
High-Intention Buyers
A contact appears in this section if:
They have submitted an offer, and
Their Contact Type contains "Buyer"
Table Fields

Contact Details
Contact name (clickable; opens Contact Detail Page in a new tab)
Viewings – number of viewings for this property (all statuses included)
Offers – number of offers the contact has submitted
Last Contact Time
Sorting is supported on all sortable columns where noted.
Actions
Available actions include:
Call / Text / Email icons

Arrange Viewing
Opens the Arrange Viewing modal
Property + Contact pre-selected and cannot be changed
Share the Property
Engaged Buyers
A contact appears in this section if they meet any of the following:
Left a message on the landing page
Saved the property (landing page, Zoopla, Rightmove)
register via the property from other portals or landing page
At least one viewing regardless of viewing status
Additional rules:
High-Intention Buyers are excluded from this section

They are not a High-Intention Buyer / an Engaged Buyer

Displays the number of matching profiles
Hover to open the Matched Profiles modal
Lists all matching profiles
Last Contact Time
Actions

The system automatically displays the most relevant section first.
