Open Your Welcome Email

After signing up with LoftyWorks, you will receive an email to activate your account by setting up your account password. 

If you have not received the welcome email, please reach out to the account owner and ask them to resend it to you.

Log In

You need to create a password to complete your account activation. Click on the additional radio button to agree to the terms and security requirements, and then click the ACTIVATE ACCOUNT button.

Change Your Password

To make sure your account is secure, you can change your LoftyWorks login password. To do so, click on the Settings icon at top right corner, make sure Account & Security is selected on the left side, and then click "Change Password": 

Remember to write down your new password for future reference! If you do happen to forget, you will have the option to reset it if necessary. How to reset your LoftyWorks Password

 

Change Your Login Email

Navigate to Settings > Personal User Settings > Account & Security to update your LoftyWorks account login email. Click the edit icon next to your email address.

First, you will need to provide a verification code that is sent to your current email address. This protects you from someone else getting into your account and changing your email address. Once the verification code is entered, the login email can be changed.

Q: What if my agent is not receiving the welcome email to log in to LoftyWorks?

A: First, ask the agent to check their Spam or Junk email folder. If the welcome email didn't land there, please navigate to Company User Settings > Users and resend the welcome email.
