Introduction

You can easily reset your password if you have lost access to your account for whatever reason.

Follow the steps below to do so.

Navigate to https://loftyworks.com, and click Sign In in the top-right corner.

Click on Forgot my password

Type in the email address associated with your LoftyWorks account and click OK.

Check your email inbox for an email that looks like the following and enter the verification code

Type in a new password, confirm it, then click "Reset Password".

Kindly note the password requirement:

• Must be between 9-20 characters.
• Have both letters and numbers.
• No space.
  
   

You should see a confirmation message that looks like the following:

Navigate back to https://loftyworks.com, click on "Sign In" in the top-right corner, type in your email address and the new password, and log into the account. 

When a LoftyWorks account password is changed, either by you (user) or by the LoftyWorks support team, you will receive a confirmation email.
