Introduction
Scheduling Links allow contacts to book appointments with you online based on your availability. This helps reduce back-and-forth communication and ensures meetings are scheduled at suitable times.

What Is a Scheduling Link?
A Scheduling Link is a shareable link connected to your calendar. When a contact opens the link, they can choose an available date and time to book an appointment with you.
Appointments booked through a Scheduling Link will:
Appear on your calendar
Trigger notifications for both you and the contact
Be linked to the relevant contact profile in your CRM
Scheduling Link Settings
Editing or Copying Meeting link
To edit a Meeting Link:
Open Calendar settings.
Select Scheduling Link Settings > Meeting Link.
Click the Edit icon at far right side of meeting link.
Note: If you edit or replace an existing link, the previous link will be deactivated immediately.
You can copy the link with the Copy button next to Edit and share it with contacts.
Default Limits
Choose how far in advance appointments can be scheduled.
Set a buffer time between meetings.
Define the meeting duration.
Weekly Availability
Set your availability for each day of the week.
You can add multiple available time slots within a single day (by + button).
Meeting Details
You can define the information that will automatically appear on the calendar event, including:
Meeting name
Location
Description
These details will be visible to both you and the contact once the meeting is booked.
Lead Capture Settings
When the person scheduling a meeting is not an existing contact in your database they will be captured as a new contact.
You can configure:
Who the contact is assigned to
Whether a Welcome Email is sent after booking
What the Contact Sees
When a contact opens your Scheduling Link:
They select an available date and time.
They enter their contact details to confirm the booking.
They receive a meeting confirmation.
The contact will be notified by:
Email
Text message
You will also receive a push notification.
Note: Text notifications sent through Scheduling Links do not count towards your daily allocated text messages.
Managing Scheduled Meetings
Appointments booked through Scheduling Links will appear on your calendar under Scheduled Meetings.
From the calendar, you can:
View meeting details
Click through to the associated contact profile
Edit or delete the appointment if required
All related activity will be logged on the contact profile for reference.
Using Scheduling Links in Emails
You can include a clickable Scheduling Link in emails by using the Meeting_Link variable in:
Email messages
