Introduction
The Calendar helps you keep track of tasks, appointments, and key dates related to your contacts and progressions/applications. It provides a central view of your schedule and ensures nothing important is missed.
To access Calendar Page, simply navigate to CRM → Calendar.

What the Calendar Displays
Your calendar can display a range of information, including:
To customise what is shown, click the Show / Hide menu and select the items you want to appear on your calendar.
Property Viewings
Viewing Requests
Status: Pending
Shown when the selected user is the Organiser or an Accompanying user
Viewing Appointments
Status: Upcoming or Completed
Shown when the selected user is the Organiser or an Accompanying user
Viewing Details on the Calendar
For both Viewing Requests and Viewing Appointments, the calendar event displays:
Viewing date and time (24-hour format, no AM/PM)
Viewing status
Property
Contact
Actions: vary based on the user’s role and the viewing status
Sales Progression/Lettings Application Connect
It originally includes default date fields in sales progression/lettings application:
If you have Manage User permission enabled, you can also use the menu to view the calendars of other team members.
Manually Adding Tasks and Appointments
You can manually create tasks and appointments directly from the calendar.
Click + Create at top-right corner.
Choose whether you want to add a Task or an Appointment.

Enter a description and select who the task or appointment is assigned to.
The assigned user must have access to the related contact.

Select a Task Type if applicable:
Email
Call
Text
Other
Note: Selecting Call is important if you want the task to appear in a Smart Call List.

Set a Due Date.
Adding a specific time allows a reminder to be triggered 30 minutes before the task is due via web push notifications.

Choose an additional reminder option if required:
No reminder
SMS reminder
Call reminder
Email Reminder
Click Save to finish. The task or appointment will then appear on the calendar and, where relevant, on the associated contact profile.

Viewing and Managing Calendar Events
All tasks and appointments you create will be visible on the calendar.
Click an event to view its details.
Events can be edited or deleted directly from the calendar.
Clicking a contact name within an event will take you to the contact profile, where a detailed activity log and newly created task/appointment are available.
Custom Dates on the Calendar
You can also add Custom Dates in Company User Settings > Progressions > Field Groups > Add New Field Group to help track important milestones. These include:
Sales Progression Dates
Lettings Application Dates
and
Contact Profile Dates (in Company User Settings > Contact Settings > Custom Fields > Add New Field)
Once added for progressions/applications and contact's details, these dates will appear on the calendar and can be toggled on or off using the Show / Hide menu.
