Calendar settings allow you to control who can see your calendar events, define your availability, and connect external calendars. These settings help ensure your schedule is accurate and visible in the right way.

Accessing Calendar Settings
You can access calendar settings from the Calendar page:
Select CRM - Calendar.
Click the settings icon next to My Calendar or next to any connected calendar.
From LoftyWorks Calendar Settings, you can adjust privacy settings, working hours, and integrated calendar options.
Calendar Privacy Settings
Calendar privacy controls how much detail others can see for your events.
Available Privacy Options
Public: Admin users can see all event details.
Show as busy: Event details are hidden, but the time is marked as unavailable.
Private: Events are only visible to you.
Note: The Private option is only available for integrated calendars (such as Google or Outlook), not for the LoftyWorks calendar.
Working Hours & Availability
Working Hours define when you are available for meetings and appointments.
Enabling Working Hours
Open My Calendar settings.
Enable Working Hours.

Click here to set your available times for each day (My User Settings - Profile - Working Hours). Any updates made in your profile will automatically apply to your calendar.
Once enabled:
People will know what times you're working and when you're available for meetings.
This will warn people if they try to invite you to a meeting outside of these hours.
Check for Conflicts
You can choose which calendars are checked for conflicts.
Your LoftyWorks Calendar (enabled by default)
Any connected third-party calendars
Any time slots with existing appointments, meetings, or viewings will be removed from the available options shown on your Scheduling Link.
Third-Party Calendar Integrations
You can connect external calendars to keep all your events in sync.
Supported Integrations
Google Calendar
Microsoft Outlook Calendar
Once connected:

Integrated calendars can be toggled on or off from the calendar view.
You can choose which calendars within an integration are displayed.
Events from selected calendars will appear on your calendar and help prevent scheduling conflicts.
