Introduction
The Properties tab on a contact profile shows all properties associated with that contact in one place. It helps you understand what properties a contact owns, lives in, or is linked to, without needing to open each property record individually.
This tab is especially useful when working with buyers, vendors, landlords, or tenants who may be connected to multiple properties.
Introduction
Owned Properties List Overview
The tab displays a list of properties related to the contact. These can include:
Properties manually added by an agent
Properties where the contact is recorded as a Vendor or Landlord
The property marked as Home in the contact’s mailing address
Properties are shown in reverse chronological order, with the most recently added appearing first.
Each property card includes:
A photo (if available)
Address
Price
Property type
Property label
BD, BA, Receptions and floor area...
Selecting a property card opens the full Property Details page in a new view.
Property Labels
Labels help categorise how a property relates to the contact. Depending on the property, you may see labels such as:
Home
Investment
Lease
Listed
Sold
Mailing Address
Other
If a property is added as a draft, the label field is not shown until the property is converted into a formal property record.
Adding Property
You can add a property by selecting + button at the top-right corner of the list. This opens a form where you enter key details such as address, price, property type, and floor area.
When adding a property:
-
If Draft Property is not selected, the property is added only to this contact’s list and does not appear in the main Property module.
If Draft Property is selected, confirming the form opens the full Create Property screen. The information you entered is carried across, and the current contact is pre-filled as the Primary Vendor or Landlord.
This gives you flexibility to record early information before committing to a full property setup.
Managing Properties
The actions available depend on how the property was added:
-
Formal properties cannot be deleted from this tab. If a formal property is deleted elsewhere, it is also removed from the contact’s list. Editing is accessible in More actions:
-
Draft properties can be edited or deleted directly from the Properties tab.
By clicking on Adding Draft Property, you can select draft type and enter property adding page, a draft property is converted into a formal one and becomes part of the main Property module as Instructed in this way.
