Introduction
A Sales Progression helps you track everything needed to move a sale from offer accepted to completion. The Progression Detail Page gives you one place to view the progression, update stages, manage tasks, add documents, and monitor all activity related to the sale.

Accessing a Progression Detail Page
The "Progression Detail Page" for a specific progression is accessed by clicking on a property address either from the Contact Profile:

Using a Progression Detail Page
- The property address is displayed in the top-left:
2. Click on the three dots (. . .) to access additional options associated with the progression:
- Edit Progression
- Send to Docusign (Clicking this takes you to Deals Details - Documents - E-sign below)
3. You can adjust the owner or click to be taken to the associated contacts with the options here:
4. To move a progression to the appropriate stage of the pipeline, click on the stage where you would like to move it using this section:
The progression pipeline remains fixed at the top regardless of which tab you switch to on the left sidebar. When changing the pipeline stage, you'll be prompted to confirm:
Deal Details
Field groups will be displayed here. With appropriate permissions, you can customise and manage (add, delete, edit etc) field groups by clicking the gear icon:

Dates
The Date tab includes the following default date fields. You can edit them either by selecting the Edit button in the top-right corner or by clicking directly into the date fields to choose a date.
Checklists
Under the Checklists tab, you can add individual tasks or apply a checklist template. A checklist can be used to create tasks automatically as a progression is moved to different stages in the pipeline. Chain
A chain is the sequence of dependent sales progression linked together, where each move relies on another completing successfully. For more information, please refer to the following: Chain Management in Sales Progression(relink)
Commission
The Commission tab will show you the progression numbers. This is also where you can add or edit the splits related to the progression. Reference Commission in Sales Progression for detailed information about commission.
People
The People tab in Sales Progression shows everyone involved in a progression. Please check People in Sales Progression for detailed information about people tab.
Documents
You can upload documents that are intended to be saved with this progression to the Documents tab. To use a document, you can access it here, but will have to download to your computer and then upload it elsewhere as needed. Check Documents in Sales Progression for detailed information about documents.
Activities
The Activities tab simply serves as a log for all activities related to the progression.
