Introduction
Text Campaigns allow you to create, send and track marketing texts to your contacts. From the Campaigns page, you can see all your campaigns in one place, check their performance, and manage drafts or scheduled texts.
To access Text Campaigns, navigate to Marketing > Text Messages > Campaigns Tab.
Summary
Campaigns List
The Campaigns page displays all text campaigns in a list view.
Each campaign shows:
Name
Status – Scheduled or Sent
Sent time
Audience
Performance – Delivered rate
Usage
You can use the search bar to find campaigns by name, even if you only remember part of the subject line. Column headers can be clicked to sort campaigns by status, sent time or performance metrics.
Audience column
If a campaign was sent to a single segment, the segment name is shown along with the number of recipients. Clicking the segment name opens the Segment page.
If recipients were manually selected, or a mix of a segment and manual contacts was used, the audience shows Manual Selected with the total number of recipients.
Actions
Available actions depend on the campaign status:
Scheduled – Edit or Cancel

Sent – View Performance
Clicking View Performance brings you to the Delivery & Engagement page of one single text campaign.
Delivery & Engagement Page
A Back button in the top-left returns you to the Campaigns list. The Delivery & Engagement page has two sections:
Performance Data
This section shows texts/contacts sent, delivered, and delivery rate for the campaign.
Recipients Table
This section displays recipients' name, number, delivered status and undelivered reason (if available).
