Introduction

The Text Overview page gives you a clear picture of how your text activity is performing across LoftyWorks. It helps you understand whether your texts are being delivered, opened and engaged with.

To access Text Overview, navigate to Marketing > Text Messages > Overview Tab.

Text Performance Data

This section summarises all text activity within the selected date range. You can select time range at top-left corner and refresh the report at top-right corner:

 Each metric is displayed under two perspectives:

• By Text → counts individual text actions

• By Contact → counts unique contacts who triggered those actions

My Text License

• Displays the text plan usage of your current license

Texts/Contacts Sent

• Texts Sent: The number of texts sent by the agent during the selected timeframe

• Contacts Sent: The number of unique contacts sent any text messages during the selected timeframe

Texts/Contacts Delivered

• Texts Delivered: The number of texts successfully sent during the selected timeframe

• Contacts Delivered: The number of unique contacts that have successfully received any text messages in the selected timeframe

Texts/Contacts Delivery Rate

• Texts Delivery Rate: This metric is calculated as Texts delivered/Texts sent
• Contacts Delivery Rate: This metric is calculated as Contacts delivered/Contacts sent

These data helps you understand both the volume of text activity and the depth of engagement across your audience.

Line Graph (Activity Over Time)

The line graph visualises how your text performance changes over time, making it easy to spot trends, improvements or issues. The top-right corner of the trend line graph shows the time range you previously selected.

And the graph tracks:

• Texts Sent

• Texts Delivered

This view is especially useful for monitoring campaign effectiveness or identifying delivery problems.
