The Tenant Portal is the personal hub for managing all aspects of tenant‘s rental property. It allows them to easily track tenancy, view and pay rent, submit maintenance requests, and communicate directly with property manager.
Dashboard Tab
The Dashboard provides a quick overview of the rental activities and important updates.
From here, tenants can check upcoming payments, track maintenance requests, view bookings or offers, and review recent actions.
Communication Tab
The Communication feature allows consumer to chat directly with agents or property managers about your tenancy. Use this section to ask questions, share updates, and receive important information related to your property.
Tenancy Tab
The Tenancy tab displays the details of your current rental agreement. Here you can review the property address, tenancy status, rent amount, payment frequency, deposit information, and key dates such as the start and end of your tenancy. This section helps you understand the terms of your lease and stay informed about important information.
Properties Tab
The Property Tab in portal provides a central place to manage and view all properties that tenant are interested in or currently renting.
Saved Properties
This section shows all properties that you have marked as “saved”
Letting
This section displays all properties tenant are currently letting.
Financial Tab
The Financial tab allows you to manage your rent and payments. You can check upcoming charges, view outstanding balances, and review your payment history. This section also lets you make payments and download receipts or statements for your records.
Viewing Tab
The Viewing tab displays scheduled property viewings and appointments. Tenant can see the date, time, and confirmation status of each booking, helping them keep track of upcoming visits and plans.
Maintenance Tab
The Maintenance tab is used to report and monitor repair issues. Tenant can submit new requests, provide descriptions or photos, and track the status of existing tickets. Updates are shown as the issue is reviewed, scheduled, and completed.
Offers Tab
The Offers tab shows any offers you have submitted for a property. You can check the current status of each offer and see whether it is pending, accepted, or declined.
