Introduction

The Team Owner/Admin can set the Activity goals in whichever direction he or she wants to accomplish in the year. Click Reporting > Agent Activity > Activity Goal > Edit goals

The Team Owner/Admin can start by entering yearly goal and determine how the goal will be distributed (equally divide the volume to each team member, or set them separately).

After setting the goal, the Team Owner/Admin can compare the goal with the team's current performance, and get a sense of the pace.
