Introduction
The Segment List is where you see and manage your segments within LoftyWorks. This article will review each section within this page.
Navigate to the Segment List Page by clicking CRM > Contact Segments.
Summary
Segment List Columns
Each segment in the list displays key information to help you understand its usage and status at a glance. Alongside the segment name, you’ll see:
Segment level and type
The number of contacts within the segment
The number of campaigns associated with the segment
Any reminders that have been set
The segment creator
The user who last modified the segment, along with the date and time of the update
Segment List Actions
You can manage segments directly from the Segment List:

Search segments
Use the search bar at the top of the list to quickly find a segment by name.

Segment actions
Each segment includes an Actions menu on the far right, with the following options:

Mass Email – Send a bulk email to all contacts in the segment

Smart Plan – Assign a Smart Plan to all contacts in the segment

More Actions(...) button
Set Reminder – Define a reminder period for the segment. If you do not contact the segment’s contacts within the specified period, they will be marked as expired
Edit – Update Segment's name or members.
Pin / Unpin – Pin or unpin the segment for easier access
Delete – Remove the segment (subject to your user permissions)

Selecting a segment name opens the list of contacts within that segment. For more information about segment detail page, please refer to: Segment Detail Page.
