Introduction
The Contact List is where you see and manage your contacts within LoftyWorks. This article will review each section within this page.
Navigate to the Contact List Page by clicking CRM > Contacts.
Summary
Contact List Views
The Contact List displays contacts based on your user permissions.
For users with Access All Team permissions, the View section shows all contacts within the team and includes an All Contacts tab, allowing you to browse the full contact list.
For member users, the Contact List displays only contacts assigned to you and includes a My Contacts tab. While contacts assigned to other team members are not shown in the list by default, you can still search for those contacts and view their details if needed.
Contact List Filters
Click Filters to add a filter to the contact list. When adding Filters, the viewable contacts will automatically update based on the selected filters. Filters include, but are not limited to, address, contact type, source and tags... You can also use the search bar to locate and apply the required filters:
Contact List Columns
Click the Graph icon to edit the columns.
Here, you can customise the order and visible columns on the contact list page.
Bulk Actions
Each contact in the list includes a checkbox, allowing you to select one or more contacts for bulk actions.
At the top of the contact list, a Select all option lets you choose either:
Current page, or
All contacts
The available actions vary depending on how many contacts you select:
When a single contact is selected
When multiple contacts are selected

Update phone number consent status
Clicking this brings you a pop-up window enabling you to select the phone number consent statuses that you want to update and which consent statuses you want to change them into:

Send consent request email
By clicking this, you can immediately send consent request email to selected contacts. You can also configure the template of this email here or manually navigate to Settings > Communication > Email > Automated Emails > Call & Text consent request email > Edit to edit consent request email.

Mass EmailClicking this brings you to a mass email sending pop-up window, here you can directly send an email to selected contacts.
- Send to Dialler
With correct call package(link), you can click this to bulk import selected contacts' phone numbers into a specific call list. -
Change SegmentsClicking this brings you to a pop-up window, here you can change selected contacts' segments or directly create a segment by entering segment name and reminder days and change selected contacts to the newly created segment:
6. Change Tags
You can use this to add or change tags for selected contacts:
7. Assign
You can reassign selected contacts' agents. Please note that: If the primary assigned agent is also a "Owner" on existing progressions/applications, they will be replaced as the "Owner" by the agent assigned here.
Note: You cannot assign contacts that have been shared with you.
8. Smart Plan
Here you can add, pause, resume, remove selected contacts' smart plans. Please check Smart Plans Overview for detailed information about smart plan. .
9. Merge
Currently only 2 contacts can be merged at a time:
10. Send Opt-In Email
Clicking this will only send opt-in emails to contacts that were imported via CSV and have not yet opted-in to receive email communication from you.

You can delete selected contacts right here, but you cannot delete contacts that have been shared with you.
These options help you manage contacts more efficiently without needing to update each record individually.
Selecting a contact name opens the contact‘s detail page. For more information about managing contact's information, please refer to: link.
