Introduction
Email Campaigns allow you to create, send and track marketing emails to your contacts. From the Campaigns page, you can see all your campaigns in one place, check their performance, and manage drafts or scheduled emails.
To access Email Campaigns, navigate to Marketing > Email > Campaigns Tab.
Summary
Campaigns List
The Campaigns page displays all email campaigns in a list view.
Each campaign shows:
Name
Creation Date
Status – Draft, Scheduled or Sent
Audience
Performance – opens, clicks, replies and bounces (for sent campaigns)
You can use the search bar to find campaigns by name, even if you only remember part of the subject line. Column headers can be clicked to sort campaigns by creation date, status, or performance metrics such as opens, clicks, replies or bounces.
Audience column
If a campaign was sent to a single segment, the segment name is shown along with the number of recipients. Clicking the segment name opens the Segment page.
If recipients were manually selected, or a mix of a segment and manual contacts was used, the audience shows Manual Selected with the total number of recipients. Clicking this opens the campaign detail page at the recipient list.
Actions
Available actions depend on the campaign status:
Draft – Edit or Delete
Scheduled – Edit or Delete (until the scheduled send time)
Sent – Preview only
Click Create Campaign to start a new email campaign.
Campaign Detail Page
Clicking a campaign name opens its detail page. A Back button in the top-left returns you to the Campaigns list.
The campaign detail page has two tabs:
Email tab
This tab shows a preview of the email. You can switch between desktop and mobile views to check how the email will appear to recipients.
If the campaign is a Draft or Scheduled, you can:
Click Edit to open the email editor and update the design or settings
Click Delete to remove the campaign
Closing the editor returns you to the email preview.
Analytics tab
The Analytics tab is available only after an email has been sent. For sent campaigns, this tab opens by default. It is divided into three sections:
Performance data
Shows key results for the campaign:
Line graph
Displays trends over time for:
Delivered
Opened
Clicked
Replied
Bounced
You can adjust the time range to analyse performance over different periods.
Recipient behaviour table
This table shows how individual contacts interacted with the email:
Contact Name – clickable to open the contact profile
Date Opened
-
Links Clicked – Yes or No
Hover over Yes to see which links were clicked
Bounced – Yes or No
Date of Reply
Actions – reply, call or text the recipient directly
You can filter recipients by Sent, Opened, Clicked, Replied or Bounced. The number next to each filter shows how many contacts match that condition.
Exporting campaign data
For sent campaigns, you can export analytics data using the Export button in the top-right corner. Exports are available in CSV or Excel format and include:
Contact Name
Delivered
Opened (with date opened)
Clicked URLs (each link appears as a separate column)
Replied (latest reply date at export time)
Bounced (1 = yes, 0 = no)
This makes it easy to analyse results or share performance data with your team.
