Introduction

The Email Overview page gives you a clear picture of how your email activity is performing across LoftyWorks. It helps you understand whether your emails are being delivered, opened and engaged with, and highlights any issues such as bounced messages. 

To access Email Overview, navigate to Marketing > Email > Overview Tab.

Summary

• Line Graph (Activity Over Time)

Email Performance Data

This section summarises all email activity within the selected date range. You can select time range at top-left corner and refresh the report at top-right corner:

 Each metric is displayed under two perspectives:

• By Email → counts individual email actions

• By Contact → counts unique contacts who triggered those actions

Emails Sent

• By Email: total number of emails sent

• By Contact: number of contacts who received at least one email

Emails Delivered

• By Email: number of emails successfully delivered

• By Contact: number of contacts who received at least one delivered email

Emails Opened

• By Email: total number of emails that were opened

• By Contact: number of contacts who opened at least one email

Links Clicked

• By Email: number of links clicked across all emails

• By Contact: number of contacts who clicked at least one link

Emails Replied To

• By Email: number of emails that received replies

• By Contact: number of contacts who replied to at least one email

Emails Bounced

• By Email: number of emails that failed to deliver

• By Contact: number of contacts who experienced at least one bounce

This data helps you understand both the volume of email activity and the depth of engagement across your audience.

Line Graph (Activity Over Time)

The line graph visualises how your email performance changes over time, making it easy to spot trends, improvements or issues. The top-right corner of the trend line graph shows the time range you previously selected.

And the graph tracks:

• Emails Delivered

• Emails Opened

• Emails Bounced

• Emails Replied To

This view is especially useful for monitoring campaign effectiveness or identifying delivery problems.
