Introduction
LoftyWorks Lettings Application Management allows you to customise your lettings process to match your team’s workflow. This guide will walk you through setting up application stages, custom fields, and roles, as well as managing your applications using List View or Kanban View. You’ll also learn how to search, filter, and organise your applications to keep everything on track.

Before using LoftyWorks Lettings Application, ensure the settings reflect how your team handles deals in the real world. You can configure application stages, custom fields, roles, and more.
Application Views
LoftyWorks provides two main views for managing your applications:
List View
The List View displays each application as a row, including property address, owner, stage, and other key data points. You can sort by date, filter by stages, and open a progression record directly from the list.
The pipeline stage is displayed at the top center as the key organising element.
Kanban View
Kanban View organises applications into column-based stages. Each application is represented as a card that can be dragged and dropped from one stage to the next. Each column also displays a total count of applications currently in that stage.
Search & Filtering
You can search for applications by Property Address or Contact Name (tenant, landlord)
Multiple criteria may be added to further narrow results.
If you want to view applications where you are not the assigned primary negotiator, tick Include Others’ Applications.
Pipelines & Stages
Each application has an associated pipeline with stages that represent the current status of the application.
The default stages available for application are as follows:
- Submission
- Referencing
- Signing
- Payment
- Completed/Cancelled
Important Notes About Stages
- You can filter by stage using a multi-select stage filter, and the result counts update dynamically.
- In addition to "Completed" and "Cancelled", each application can have up to 15 stages.
To edit stages, click the gear icon :
You may add, rename, delete, or drag/drop to reorder stages.
