The technology team at LoftyWorks has been hard at work over the last few months working on a slew of changes to the platform that will significantly enhance your experience using the platform. These changes will be released on Tuesday the 11th of July. Over the next few months, you will see even more changes and enhancements to the platform. We'll be sure to inform you of any significant software updates on this page, so make sure to bookmark to stay up-to-date. For this particular update, you will notice changes in the following areas:
Marketing
You will notice that we have massively overhauled our Property Details page to include more information about a Property including things such as number of Bedrooms, Bathrooms, the EPC Rating and the Tax Band. This is all to help you effectively market your property through LoftyWorks. If you want to learn how to prepare your Property for Marketing, follow this link.
Once you have done that, you can take advantage of our brand new integration to Property Portal RightMove. We have built an integration that will allow you to post your Properties to RightMove, whilst ensuring all enquiries create an Applicant in LoftyWorks that you can manage internally. If you are interested in utilising our integration to RightMove, have a read of this article and email support@loftyworks.com to assist with the set-up.
In addition to our RightMove integration, we have created our LoftyWorks specific materials that you can utilise to increase the number of applicants. We create an external link that you can share on your Social Media with any interested applicants and they can apply straight from there storing all their information in LoftyWorks.
CRM
Now that you are (hopefully) going to have a slew of Leads entering your system, we have created systems to effectively help you manage your Leads and find out all the information that you need to ensure you can place them in the right Property.
If you want to learn about how to access the CRM, please follow this article. Once you have managed to access the tool, you can easily track and update their Lead Status. We have also introduced functionality allowing you easily qualify your leads either manually or via an automated web form.
Moreover, we have introduced the ability for you to schedule viewings within LoftyWorks, and integrate LoftyWorks to either Outlook or GCal to ensure you can stay on top of all your appointments.
Tenant Screening
Once you have successfully found an Applicant who is keen to move into your Property, we have also introduced functionality within LoftyWorks allowing you track and store information regarding how you are screening your Tenants. You can take advantage of our functionality to:
- Create and Track a Reference in LoftyWorks
- Share a Reference with the Landlord of your Property
- Create a Tenancy off the back of a successful Reference
"Parent" Properties
If you want to learn more about what exactly a Parent Property is, and the difference between it and a normal property, you can read this article. We have effectively introduced a layer above Properties to allow you to link several Properties together to streamline your Management processes.
You can add perform Financial Analysis at this "Parent Property" level, whilst also managing Compliance and Documentation. If you want to learn how to add your first Parent Property, you can follow this article.
