Introduction

To integrate your Gmail account with LoftyWorks, follow the steps outlined below. 

*IMPORTANT: Please note that after integrating Gmail, the connection will go back 30 days by default and synchronise as many emails as possible. It will not only synchronise emails that match contacts that already exist in LoftyWorks, but it will also parse supported "New Contact Notifications" (see Contact Capture/Email Parsing relink) and create "new" contacts in LoftyWorks that may be contacts that are old and you have already been in contact with. To avoid any confusion there, LoftyWorks recommends doing your contact import first (see Contact Import) so that the contacts already exist and then any communication will sync to their profiles.

Setup

Go to Settings >  Integrations > Gmail > Connect:

You will be directed to the Gmail Sign-in page. Select the Gmail account you would like to integrate with your LoftyWorks CRM:

Click on "Allow" to give LoftyWorks access to your Gmail account:

You have now integrated your Gmail account with LoftyWorks successfully. You can confirm this by looking under Existing Integrations in your CRM:

Disconnecting Gmail

If for whatever reason you would like to disconnect Gmail from LoftyWorks, go to Settings > Integrations > Gmail > Disconnect:
