Introduction
The main purpose of any CRM is to provide an organisation with what can be done with a typical spreadsheet or contact list. In LoftyWorks, this mainly happens on the Contacts Page and consists of Segments, Tags, and a variety of filters. This article will introduce how to use the available filters.
Summary
Filter by Address
Search for addresses associated with contacts, including mailing and property addresses as recorded on a contact profile page.
All Filters
(1) Agent
This section contains a filter for each agent that is set up on the team. Multiple filters can be applied with an AND relationship.
(2) Contact Details
Any filter conditions that require further explanation will be outlined below.
Contact Type
- Buyer
- Tenant
- Landlord
- Vendor
- Occupant
- Other
When filtering by Contact Type, you can include all of the contact types selected, one of the contact types selected, or exactly the contact types selected:
- Include all
- The Contacts Page will filter for contacts who have all of the selected contact types and will include contacts that have other contact types as well
- Include one of
- The Contacts Page will filter for contacts who have one of the selected contact types and will include contacts that have other contact types as well
- Equals to
- The Contacts Page will filter for contacts who have all of the selected contact types and will not include contacts that have other contact types as well
Identity Check
This filter includes fields that whether they have identity and the remaining validity period of their identity.
Tags
The "Tags" filter has support for the following four combinations. You can also combine the "include" and "exclude" options.
(a) Include + One of + [tag]. Shows contacts that contain any of the indicated tags.
Example: Include + One of + [A] + [B]. Shows contacts that have tag "A" or tag "B."
(b) Include + All + [tag]. Show contacts that contain the specific combination of tags used together.
Example: Include + All + [A] + [B]. Shows all contacts that have tag "A" and tag "B."
(c) Exclude + One of + [tag]. Show contacts that do not contain any of the indicated tags.
Example: Exclude + One of + [A] + [B]. Shows contacts without either tag "A" or tag "B."
(d) Exclude + All + [tag]. Show contacts that do not contain ONLY one specific tag.
Example: Exclude + All + [A] + [B]. Shows contacts without both tags "A" and tag "B."
Profile Details
This filter includes fields that whether they have a mailing address and their birthday.
Contact Info
Search for contacts with/without a phone number or email address based on whether they have had emails opened or bounced.
(3) Contact Nurturing
Smart Plan
Search by a specific Smart Plan or whether a contact has any Smart Plans as Active/Inactive or does not have a Smart Plan assigned. Learn more about Smart Plans HERE.
Property Alert
Use this filter to find contacts that either do or do not have a Property Alert set up for them. Please note that currently, contacts with an auto property alert set up will also be included in the "With Property Alert" results, even if there are no valid Search Criteria on that contact that would trigger that auto alert to send.
Subscription
Use this filter to search by subscription status for Smart Plans or Property Alerts. The options for each of these are "Subscribed" or "Unsubscribed". You can also see the following for more information on this topic: Email Subscription Status.
(4) Contact Activity
Last Touch
Use this filter to search for contacts who were or were not contacted. The options include all contact methods, including both automatic and manual communication. The last touch can also be sorted by period, either by the pre-selected time intervals in the drop-down menu or by selecting Customised Time to enter a specific number of days.
Last Reply
Search for the last time a contact has replied via email, call, or text, and during a certain period.
(5) Communication
Three communication filters track outgoing/incoming communication totals for contacts. If a contact has matching communication that falls within the defined range of these filters, they will appear in the results.
(6) Custom Fields
