Introduction
Opportunities are notifications that are triggered based on contact activities that LoftyWorks believes to be important to real estate agents. These notifications will allow for contacts that match certain behaviours to be prioritised and contacted quickly — thus avoiding missed opportunities.
Summary
Editing Notification Settings
To manage your opportunities notification preferences, navigate to Personal Settings > My User Settings > Notifications > Opportunities.
On this page, you can toggle on/off any notifications that you would like, as well as choose the notification methods that you would prefer (email/text/push).
*Please note that some notifications are not available via email/text/push.
Opportunity Criteria
There are four kinds of opportunities: (1) High Interest, (2) Back To Site, (3) Sell, and (4) Back On Market. The following will explain the criteria for these categories:
High Interest
- A contact views a property three or more times
- A contact saves a property on the portals or landing page
- A Contact requests a viewing from a property page
- A contact leaves a message via a form on the portals or landing page
- A contact views social post
- A contact submits a form on the portals or landing page
Sell
- A contact requests to sell their home
- A contact requests for financing options
Back On Market
A contact re-inquires via a text code, a third party source, or via Facebook

Back To Site
A contact returns to site after 5+ days of absence
Accessing Opportunities
Opportunities are displayed in Opportunity Push Notifications.
These notifications are located on the notification bell and select Opportunity.
