Introduction
Complete your LoftyWorks profile by adding your contact details, profile photo, and adjusting your working hours and vacation mode. This will ensure your account is up to date and that contacts are managed effectively when you're unavailable. It is very important to have your profile set up from the very beginning.

Profile Settings
To navigate to your profile go to Settings > My Profile:
Once on this page, you can complete the following profile fields. Each one is defined below.
Profile Photo
Add your headshot, this will appear in an auto-populated email signature for property alerts, etc.
First Name / Last Name
No explanation is needed. This is simply your first and last name as the LoftyWorks user. If you need to edit this, here is where it's done!
Email Address
This is the email address you will use to log into LoftyWorks. If you change this, it will affect the email on file for billing statements, email notifications, etc.
Phone Number
Add the best phone number to reach you here. This will be the phone number that is also placed into the auto-populated email signature for property alert emails, etc. You can always update it as needed.
Job Title
Choose your title within your organisation from the pre-populated options or choose the option to Customise if you would like to add your own.
Working Hours & Vacation Mode
Working Hours and Vacation Mode are settings that can be adjusted in order to keep contacts from being sent when a specific LoftyWorks user is unavailable. If Working Hours are established and a contact comes in outside of those hours, it will not be sent to those who are marked as unavailable per the Working Hours or whose Vacation Mode is toggled on.

- If team owner/admin wish to adjust the settings for their team members, navigate to Company User Settings > Users > Working Hours:
Individual LoftyWorks users can set this up from their LoftyWorks accounts by doing the following:
- Navigate to Settings
- Click on Profile under My User Settings
- In the Working Hours section, adjust the schedule and/or toggle on/off Vacation Mode.
