The Contractor Companies List helps you manage all contractor companies you work with, so you can quickly find the right company for maintenance, repairs and ongoing property work.

You can access contractors by CRM → Contractor Companies.

Contractor Companies List Overview

This list shows all contractor companies in your team. Each contractor company includes:

• Name

• Email

• Phone

• Type (e.g. Electrician, Plumber)

• Actions – Call, SMS, Edit, and Delete

You can search contractor companies by name, phone or email, and filter by:

• Type  (e.g. Electrician, Plumber)

• Coverage Area (city/county)

Adding a Contractor Company

Click + Add Contractor Company at top-right corner to create a new contractor company profile.

When creating a new contractor company, you can fill in information across three sections to make the contractor company's details more comprehensive and easier to manage.

Details

This section includes basic details such as the contractor company's name, address, email, phone number, and tags.

• Type and Company Name are required

• Coverage area is selected at city/county level

Bank Info

This section includes:

• Account Number(limit 8)

• Sort Code(limit 6)

• Bank Name(limit 100)

• Bank Address

• IBAN(limit 34)

• SWIFT(limit 11)

Additional Info

• VAT Number
• Non Resident
  • If No, you may enter:
    • Exemption Certificate
    • Exemption Date
    • NRL Tax
  • If Yes, no other details needed here.

Once created, contractor companies become available for assignment on maintenance work orders.
