Introduction

Personal Information

At left sidebar, besides making a phone call, sending a message, or emailing (if relevant contract details are available) the contractor, you'll see key information about this contractor, including basic details like phone, email and coverage area, bank information and additional information like VAT number and  NRL Tax number.

To add or edit contractor's personal information, simply click on + or Edit icon in each section:

Overview Tab

Similar to the Overview tab in contact's detail page, here you can view/add notes and communication logs, maintenance logs about this contractor, maintenance logs will also be displayed here:

Documents Tab

Use the Documents tab to upload contractor-related files.

1. Click on the + icon at top-right corner to upload files and add notes for them. You can either drag file or click here to upload:

   

2. Download or delete documents as needed:

   

Maintenance Tab

This tab lists all work orders instructed to the contractor, work orders are grouped into:

• In Progress

  • Pending Landlord Approval
  • Landlord Rejected
  • Pending Contractor Acceptance
  • Contractor Rejected
  • In Progress
  • Awaiting Confirmation

• Archived 

  • Completed
  • Cancelled

Each record shows:

• Work Order ID (Clicking the ID brings you to the maintenance tab in property detail page.)

• Property address

• Priority

• Status

• Category

• Update date

• Quote

Communication Variables

When emailing or texting contractors, you can use built-in variables such as:

• Contractor name

• Work order ID

• Work order category

• Property address

• Property manager name

• Priority level

These help personalise messages quickly and accurately.
