Introduction
The Viewing List allows agents to manage, filter, and review all property viewings across Lettings. This article explains how the Viewing List works, how viewings are displayed, and the actions available based on roles and viewing status.
This article covers situations where viewing requests require only the listing agent’s approval, or no approval at all.

To access the viewing list, click Lettings → Viewings, the system opens the Viewing List. Only viewings for For Let properties are displayed.
Viewing List Overview
The Viewing List includes tabs, filters, sorting logic, and two display modes (Calendar or List).
Five tabs are available at the top of the Viewing List:
All — all viewings
Pending — viewings awaiting approval
Upcoming — scheduled future viewings
Completed — viewings marked as completed
Cancelled — viewings that have been cancelled
By default, the All tab is shown.
Filters & View Switcher
Search by Property
When a property is searched, only viewings for that property are displayed.
Contact Filter
Single-selection search.
Only viewings related to that contact will be displayed.
Accompanying Agent
Only Company Admin/Owner will see
Any (default) – All agents' viewings will be displayed
Select some agents to check viewings when they are accompanying agent or organizer
Has Reschedule Request
You may choose All, Yes or No.
View Switcher
Calendar View (default)
List View

Layout
Displays a weekly calendar (Mon–Sun)
Default view: Current week
Today's date is highlighted
Weekly Navigation
Use < and > to move to previous/next weeks
Clicking This Week returns to the current week
When moving to another week, any selected day filter is cleared
Day Selection
Clicking a date filters viewings to that day
Clicking it again removes the filter

Each day shows:
Total number of viewings
Viewings sorted by start time (ascending)
Single Viewing Display in Calendar View
Each viewing card shows information like the following one:
Clicking a viewing opens its Viewing Detail page. For more information about viewing detail page, reference this link: Viewing Detail Page
A Back button returns the agent to the Viewing List with the same filters applied.
List View
Compared with Calendar View, List View includes an additional filter:
Time Range
Filter by date. Format: DD/MM/YYYY

Arrange a Viewing (from Viewing List)
Click Create at the top right of viewing list page → opens the Arrange Viewing modal, identical to the one in the Viewing tab (link).
Property search includes only:
User-visible For Let properties
Status: Instructed, Available, Let Agreed
Contact
Only contacts visible to the agent
Viewing Actions
Viewing actions vary depending on different viewing statuses and users' roles.
When it's organiser:
