Introduction
LoftyWorks understands the importance of saving time on app-switching, so we have created a seamless email and calendar integration with Outlook and Google Calendar/Mail. This article covers how to enhance your communication workflow, synchronize emails effortlessly, and stay connected with all of your key contacts by integrating your favorite email and calendar tools.
NOTE: The Calendar integration is currently a one-way integration, meaning calendar events will sync from LoftyWorks to Outlook or Google.
Summary
Email Integration
Go to Settings > Integrations and find your Outlook or Google mail integration.
From here, you select whether you are adding a Shared on a Personal Account.

Shared - Shared Inboxes should be utilized for any shared inbox that the company uses. For example, you might have an info@ or rentals@ email address. These would get added as a Shared Account. In addition,
- Any queries that get raised from Tenants or Landlords via our Internal Portals, will land in the Shared inbox of the account.
- Every single User within the Workspace will be able to see this.
- Personal - Personal Inboxes are utilized for any personal or individual inbox. Select this option to integrate your personal inbox.
Emails can be moved to a shared or assigned to a private inbox for enhanced collaboration amongst the team.
You can view individual inboxes by applying the "Type" filter:
Calendar Integration
Navigate to Settings > Integrations and click Connect on your preferred calendar.
From there, you will be redirected to either Google or Microsoft, where you will sign in and authorize the integration from LoftyWorks.
Once you have received a Confirmation message on either Google or Microsoft's side, the integration will be complete.
