Introduction

We have developed a best in-class Communications module within LoftyWorks that integrates all your current forms of Communication into one platform. We have integrated WhatsApp, Email, Internal Comms (through LoftyWorks) and Portal Messages (your invited Tenant and Landlords) into one cohesive inbox. In early next year, we will be introducing SMS configuration into the platform.

Within each account, we have also introduced two inboxes; Shared and Personal.

• Shared - Shared Inboxes should be utilised for any shared inbox that the company utilises. For example, you might have an lettings@ or accounts@ email address. These would get added as a Shared Account. In addition, any queries that get raised from Tenants or Landlords via our Internal Portals, will land in the Shared inbox of the account. Every single User within the Workspace will be able to see this.
• Personal - Personal Inboxes are utilised for any personal inbox that the individual utilises. For example, you might add your personal inbox within here. Additionally, emails that land within "Shared" can be assigned to a specific Team Member and it will land in their "Personal Inbox". This will allow you to easily share workload between Team Members.
