Task Management Overhaul

Our Product team has been working on a comprehensive overhaul of Tasks in LoftyWorks. You will notice a brand-new design for both the task list page and detail page, providing a more intuitive and streamlined experience. This update also introduces a suite of customizable settings, empowering you to tailor your workspace to suit your business's unique preferences and future-proof your operations.

Rent Payment Via Tenant Portal

We are very excited to announce that our partnership with National Processing is ready to go live, which means that our US customers will enjoy faster, more affordable rent collection directly within the LoftyWorks Tenant Portal. 

This upgrade gives Tenants two different ways to pay rent:

• By ACH
  • Fee: 50 cents
• By Credit Card
  • Fee: 2.1%-2.8%

You have the option to pass along the fees to your Tenants by setting the dollar or percentage to upcharge. 

To take advantage of this integration, you will need to create an account with National Processing, which can take around 7 business days. National Processing will reach out after the Set-Up form is successfully submitted. 

To get started, you will go to Settings > Integrations > National Processing and complete the National Processing Set-Up form. 

Once your account is set up with National Processing, come back to this spot and enter your Merchant ID, Site ID, and API Integration Key.

With those 3 details entered, you are ready to invite your tenants to the LoftyWorks platform where they can pay rent directly.
