New Address Lookup Tool

Thanks to valuable feedback from our Beta participants, we've explored a new Address Lookup Partner and are thrilled to announce that we're now powered by Google's Address Lookup Tool.

This upgrade promises a faster and more accurate address lookup experience for our users, enhancing efficiency and usability across the board. Additionally, we've fine-tuned the order of fields to better align with US address standards, ensuring a smoother and more intuitive data entry process.

New Contract UI

In this update, we have enhanced the Contracts section and detail pages. While we were busy making the Contracts look great, we also snuck in significant enhancements to optimize page loading times. Our Developers are reporting that the Contracts page is loading twice as fast!

Contract List - New: 

• We have changed added a “Draft” filter tab, making it easier to find your pending Contracts. 
• The Date filters have been updated so you can find contracts depending on when they Start, End, or Renew.
• We have added a “Create Invoice” button directly on the List page.

• The address, status, and reference are visible no matter which tab you are on.  
• You can create an invoice from anywhere on the Property.
• We created a new “Financial” tab and filled it with your Rent, Invoicing, and Fee controls.

Property Photo Adjustment

We're excited to introduce a highly requested feature that gives users greater control over their property photos. With this update, you now have the ability to effortlessly drag and reorder property photos to their liking.

This enhancement promises to streamline the photo management process, allowing users to arrange their property photos in the desired order with ease. Whether you're showcasing the interior design, highlighting key features, or simply organizing your visual assets, this feature empowers you to curate the perfect presentation for each property listing.
