Welcome to the release notes for LoftyWorks' newest features. We are all about enhancing the look and feel of LoftyWorks these days, so we hope you love these changes and find it easier to work with your Contacts and scale your business.

Lead and Contact Detail Page Updates

We understand that every click has a cost, so we wanted to make your top-used pages more optimized and easier to work with.

 

Lead Pages

The newly redesigned Lead page makes it easier to view key details on the lead's page.

Contact information, home search information, and Property Showings have been prioritized and are now visible anywhere on a Lead's page.

Interested/Suggested properties, Tenant Screening, Conversation History, and Documents have been moved to the bottom of the screen. 

This is a significant optimization over the previous user interface, where each section was kept in a separate tab on the lead’s page.

 

New Lead Detail Page:

Key details like contact information and search criteria will remain static on the page, while modules like Interested/Suggested properties move to the bottom of the window.

Key Lead Page Highlights:

High priority items including Contact Information, Upcoming Viewings, Search Criteria, and Lead Qualifications will remain static on the screen. Interested Properties, Suggested Properties, Tenant Screening, Conversation History, and Documents have been moved to toggle switches at the bottom of the screen.

We have automated Status, so now when a contract is created, the lead Type will automatically switch from Applicant to Tenant.

 

The new Status dropdown will help you categorize your leads by where they are in the buying or selling process. 

 

Contact Pages

 

This new layout makes it easier to see high priority items including:

• Contact Information

• Address

• Bank Information

• Notes 

 

These will remain static and visible on the screen when switching between the Updates, Conversation History, Documents, and Statements tabs.

The new Properties popout menu lets you see all properties associated with a Landlord. 

 

As a refresher, this is what the previous Contact page looked like. 

 

New Tenant Invite Confirmation Screen

This update slightly changes the popup that happens after a user invites their tenant to the portal.

 

As a reminder, here is what the previous tenant invite confirmation screen looked like. We think our users will be happy with this new change!

 

 

Zillow Integration Optimization

After many weeks of working closely with the Zillow team, we have fully optimized the integration and made it easier for our users to set up. Following this update, all you need to do is simply toggle on the integration to enable posting to Zillow's RightMove.

 

Landlord Workspace Optimization

Landlords and Agents have different needs for their property management business, and LoftyWorks caters to both types of users. In Settings > Workspace Type, users can indicate how they plan to use LoftyWorks. This update is an optimization to the Landlord Workspace Type that hides unnecessary features and updates the logic surrounding payments.

 

 

Optimization 1: If Workspace Type = Landlord, the Payout tab disappears

Since Landlords are only working with their own properties, they do not need to “pay” themselves. Therefore, we have hidden the Payouts section in Landlord workspaces and streamlined the entire accounting cycle for our Landlord-type users.

 

Optimization 2: Bill Funding

This update introduces a new setting that will further help streamline accounting for our Landlord-type users. This new setting gives Landlords the option to auto-mark Bills as “funded”. This makes it easier for the Landlord to manage payments to their Vendors by eliminating extra steps.
