Email Account Filtering

LoftyWorks understands the importance of saving time on app-switching, so we have created a seamless email integration with Outlook and Gmail. Oftentimes, Property Management companies will utilize multiple inboxes. For example, multiple people might need access to info@, rentals@, and maintenance@ while each property manager will have their own personal private inbox.

Previously, all integrated inboxes were grouped together in the Communication tab. Based on great feedback from our users, we added an additional filter that will allow users to separate each inbox they have access to. This empowers users to tailor their communication experience within LoftyWorks, making it more personalized and efficient.

Mobile Updates

In LoftyWorks 1.0, the Developer team introduced a new UI to the mobile version of the website. This is a continuation of those efforts.

Highlights
Improved Parent Property View: Experience a comprehensive view of parent properties, now with access to individual tabs, including audit history and finance details.
Audit History on Contracts: Dive into the audit history of contracts directly from your mobile device. Stay informed about the evolution of contracts, providing transparency and accountability on the go.
Document Tab for On-the-Go Management: Introduced the Document tab to the mobile browser, enabling users to download or upload documents seamlessly while on the move. Access and manage crucial documents with ease, ensuring you have the information you need whenever and wherever.
Applicant and Tenant Handling: Lead Management and Tenant Screening tabs have been optimized for mobile so Applicant and Tenants can be handled on the go.

Tenant Portal Improvements

As a part of our ongoing efforts to enhance the Tenant Portal, we have made key improvements to the Communication, Finance, and Document tabs.

With the Communication tab, tenants can contact their property managers seamlessly.

On the Finance tab, tenants can view all upcoming payments, overdue invoices, and make payments directly within the portal.

Tenants can download documents that are available to them. Any document that is uploaded to the Contract linked to a specific tenant.
