Audit History

Can you think of a time where you needed to find exactly when a change happened, what the change was, and who made the change? With this latest update, any change made by a LoftyWorks user to a Contract or a Property will be recorded in the Audit History. This feature will be especially valuable to our Landlords or Property Managers if they need to address disputes of changes to rent amounts with a tenant.

This critical update will log:

• Who made the change

• What changed

• Which field changed

• Which values changed

• The date + time of the change

Mobile Optimization for Web

This update applies to the LoftyWorks website when accessed from a mobile browser.

Even if you are on the go, you can access the full Communications, Properties, Contracts, Calendar, Tasks, and Contacts components.

The UI is now more aligned with the web version, but optimized for mobile screens.

Tenant Screening with TransUnion

We want to give our users every tool possible to make informed decisions and streamline their business. For that reason, we have selected TransUnion as our Tenant Screening provider. Once this update is live, you will be able to integrate with TransUnion and complete Tenant Screening directly in LoftyWorks. 

Cost: $38 (this can be passed along to your tenant)

Includes: Credit report and score, Income Insights, criminal background check, and eviction-related proceeding information. 

If you are already utilizing another screening provider, you can still utilize LoftyWorks to upload the details of your tenants' screening, store related documents, and share results with landlords or tenants.

To get started, you will first need to Integrate with TransUnion in your Settings. Once you are finished, you are free to begin Tenant Screening.
