Introduction

LoftyWorks' integration with Zillow makes posting your properties and capturing leads one-click easy. In this article, we will cover how to set up your Zillow integration and how to post your properties to Zillow.

Key Details

• LoftyWorks and Zillow will sync every 4 hours.
• The LoftyWorks <> Zillow integration is available at no cost for basic property posting.
  • Zillow charges for linked properties with 25 or more units. If you would like to post a 25+ unit property for free, you do have the option to post each unit separately. 

Set up the Zillow Integration

The first step of posting properties to Zillow is toggling on the integration. To get started, go to Settings > Integrations > Zillow.

Post to Zillow

Once you have integrated with Zillow and Added your First Property, you are almost ready to post!

First, confirm the details you have added to the property. Zillow supports the following Statuses:

• Marketed
• Scheduled Move-In
• On Hold
• Vacant
• Scheduled Move Out
• Lease Expired
• Eviction Process

And the following details must be entered:

• Property Type
• City
• State
• Zip Code
• Monthly Rent
• Bedrooms
• Bathrooms
• Square Footage
• Start Date
• Images
• Property Managers

If you have confirmed that the above details have been added, you are ready to post. Navigate to the Details tab and find the Listing Syndication toggle.

Toggle this switch ON to publish the property to Zillow, Hotpads, and Trulia.
